Kim Chiu, I must say, is an excellent communicator and story teller. Without reading a cue card, which I would say, she doesn't need, she spoke eloquently and had her audience responding to every word she said. Signs of her intelligence is that tech wrist watch she's wearing. I think she has a good future in politics.
