This episode was like a journey, an excursion, an expedition! I felt like I just closed my eyes, and let myself wander into the distance, trusting myself. The three of your voices painted such a marvelous picture, I felt as if I saw a beautiful garden of vibrant spring flowers just as they've matured and bloomed. I felt as if I too was getting accosted at a random In-N-Out in the middle of nowhere by an unidentified stranger. This podcast is for people who dream and hope. It opened my 3rd eye and cured my looming "E.D.", I perform better now in life and in my bed thanks to this podcast. "Good Children"? or "Good Civilization"? I'll let you be the judge.

I agree. I know they’re usually in their own heads so much (which is very relatable) but there were so many times during this interview where I could see such genuine smiles on their faces. It sucks how much negative experiences in our younger years can really zap us!

50:47 That’s very European. They serve the salads _after_ the meal. It’s very bizarre to me. My mom almost got into a fight with a waiter in Prague because he never brought the salad but knowing what I know now - he was so confused. He was like “you want the salad? I bring you the salad” and we kept saying “but we already ate”. Confusion all around for everyone! But at least I know now. If you order a salad in Europe, it _will_ come after the entrée!
