I too am having issues, with the batteries not running in parallel, with each other. Is there any way I could get hold of the update software ?

We got ours from Alt-e Store but they do not seem to be supporting these batteries anymore and the Kilovault website appears to be shut down. We did talk to a guy in Tucson who was still selling these but we have lost his information.

How did you get the kit?

The Alt-E Store contacted us about the kit and then sent us one.

AltE store is no longer trading so no support or warranty on these batteries.
