Howard hasn’t performed Rose of Sharyn in like 12 years. This is absolutely amazing for us Killswitch Engage fans to witness once again. Also, it’s such an cool sighting to see the 2003-2012 lineup of the band.

About 10-12 years ago when I saw them in Nashville, TN, Howard was out sick or something, so they had Phil Labonte from All That Remains fill in for him. They all called them Philswitch Engage. He put on a hell of a show for Howard not to have been there. 🤘🏼

Definitely a big treat for us all to be able to see this thanks to KZread and the people who post stuff like this. Howard sounds as great as ever despite being 51 years old now and not really signing such harsh vocals in ‘Light the torch’ who I’m really just getting into simply through loving Howard and KSE so much! Saw them here in the UK before covid hit and Jesse actually sounds so much better in real life than on a live video (don’t know why?) Obviously it’s not fair to compare the 2 of them as they have their own personal styles but you can see that Howard is loved by the crowd and the band look absolutely buzzing to be playing with Howard on stage again with them!!! Great video and thanks to the person who recorded and uploaded it for us all to enjoy the heck out of!! 🤘🤘🤘

@@kobainage Dude, Howard left Killswitch Engage for a reason. It was due to the constant touring and so much other things. Also, he has Light The Torch. Why would he just ditch his band to rejoin KsE again? He’s alright where he’s at. I get what you’re saying but it’s better if he just reunites with the band as he’s been doing.

I don't see why Killswitch Engage and Light The Torch cant collaborate here and there, Howard and Jesse work great together and as far as I can tell there's nothing but love between the two bands. An collab Album with both would be a dream come true for me imo.

Howard is still such a beast. It's okay to say that Jesse and Howard are equally perfect for KSE... This is so great.

As soon as this tour annoucement was made, we all knew that Howard would end up on stage with KSE. I’ve always much preferred Howard over Jesse anyways. They might aswell just recruit Howard back into the band and have 2 vocalists, it’s inevitable!

I could not agree more, they might even be able to come out with a new album with both jesse and howard which would bring joy to my aging soul, i have nothing against jesse i just started to listen to kse when howard's voice was there the vocal's he brought resonated so well with me and still does.

I'll never be able to sing even remotely as well, but the shape that Howard is in at 51 and the energy he brings on stage... that is definitly a goal to work towards 🤘💪 Also, no offense to Adam, but Jesse & Howard sharing the vocal parts is the best thing ever ❤

I wish Howard and Jesse were BOTH vocals full time. Also Time of Grace needs a Howard/Adam album

I’m so so jealous to have not been there in person but thanks for posting this as it’s the coolest thing av seen in a while!!! 🤘🤘 Howard’s voice is like no other and he has such a great stage presence. You can see that the whole band are having a blast playing these 2 songs and I bet there’s a part of Howard that does miss this but ultimately his health had to come first. Saw KE a couple of years ago with Jesse obviously on vocals and he does sound great live but cannot be compared to Howard but how do you fill shoes that big?? Great video though (watched it many times already lol 😂) 🤘🤘🤘

This performance bring tears to my eyes man. But also I'm tired of the comparison. Yes, Howard is iconic, the albums KSE recorded with him were the best albums Ive ever heard. But Jesse has been doing an excellent job. The songs are great since he joined the band(due time, hate by design, I am broken too, no end in sight), his live performance was on point when I saw him, his screams have so much power. It's ok to have a preference, what it's wrong it's to say let's have 2 singers because jesse it's not good enough or at least as good has Howard.
