His harsh vocals fit the new sound better, so it's been a challenge for me to get into new Exodus...but I'm getting there.

I agree KsE with Jesse just sounds like any other generic metal band. With Howard they stood out heads above the rest.

When Jesse left the band everybody was like "OMG I miss the old KSE" Now that Howard left and Jesse is back everybody is like "OMG I miss the old KSE" Get your shit together, people.

that is one of the main reasons I have always admired Howard Jones, his ability to perform with such ease, very impressive, amazing vocals on top of that

Howard is so relaxed while singing. The guy has so much control over his voice is astonishing.

Can't believe this was 8 years ago. I was there, good times!

It is here but it was shot in his last couple of years with KSE. Couldn't sing most of the clean choruses, was doing that thing where he'd hold the mic to the crowd for half the song. His voice is still shot and his singing in his new band isn't KSE level at all

Bands these days should take note from killswitch engage, that to have an amazing live show you need to interact with your audience. Every single member of killswitch was looking into the crowd and acknowledging them! That’s how you get an audience pumped and excited :)

I remember when Howard split the crowd at the show I went to. Absolutely nuts. One of the best shows I've ever seen.

DAMN RIGHT!!! He wasn´t just a kickass singer, he was so kind to his fans and so optimistic... One of the best dudes in metal!

Howard is/was the best and most unique metal vocalist to me. period. I am always fascinated by his performances.So glad I had the pleasure to see KSE live when he was still in the band.

His voice during the High notes are so fucking powerful!! His screams are badass and he can hold the note but it's those clean high notes that show me how talented of s singer Howard is

EatmyPiles I have to personally agree with you on all factors. I love Jesse, but there is that feeling that Howard belongs in KSE. I'm not saying Jesse doesn't, but I got into KSE originally because of Howard. The first song that got me into them was Arms of Sorrow, but after that, I listened to the older stuff with Jesse in and still had the love of KSE. I just prefer Howard really, but I'm not upset that Jesse came back, because I know that KSE are still together.

Jesse is the ORIGINAL creator of KSE....Howard had really good harmony while singing, but Jesse is A BETTER all around singer. If you don't remember, Howard left on his own, and the band he is in now plays songs that sound NOTHING like this...he wanted to sing much heavier stuff, which his voice is perfect for.
