Picking up the dropped items after the fight was a badass move!

In my first playthrough (and my only one at the moment) i was scared as hell, but i saw a meme about using the stasis rifle and thermal knife to kill a reaper, and so i did, i killed two reapers and three ghosts only using stasis rifle and thermal knife, i was still scared for the first time, but its such an awesome feeling to kill such strong and enormous creature.

On mine it tried to ambush me inside of a cave and got stuck swimming into a wall, so I anti-climatically punched it to death with my robot while clipping through its body. It went down surprisingly quick.

I played the game as wiki free as possible so i never knew their HP bars. From pure fear alone, i never even tried. that game constantly made me feel like i was prey.

That’s awesome. I’m currently hunting them all down. Killed all the sea dragons and I think 23 Reapers, a Ghost adult and ghost juvenile. I got pictures up of every kill in my trophy room.

Dropping the health packs was just a flex. The picture at the end was the cherry on top.

For my memory capsule i killed a sea dragon, took a picture of it's corpse with me holding my knife. I put the knife in the box and wrote "Your turn" edit: i may or may not have copied this so it's probably been done hundreds of times. + edit 2 daddy's back i did this after time capsule uploads shut down

I did basically the same thing with a Reaper but I put in my stasis rifle with an ion battery and an extra battery and said "drive them to extinction"

I too am a leviathan killer, started when I realized my base was near the crash zone and a reaper showed up. In total I killed 15 reapers, 5 ghosts, and made the sea dragons go extinct

I think it would be fair, if character would freeze when he enters stasis bubble as well. This exploit just ruins the game as soon as you learn it. It's like putting a bucket onto shopkeeper head in Skyrim.

Theres a far easier method here. Prawn suit with grapple arm and drill arm. Grapple onto the leviathan and then drill into its back until its dead. Proffit.

Stasis rifle is more powerful than plot armor, wtf were the devs thinking when adding it lol

I hunt ghosts in the dead zone for fun, but I make sure to never kill any crater ones cuz their population too small lol and I’m too kind to make a species go extinct like that

I've punched one of the shadow leviathans to death in below zero. The prawn suit is so op. Annoyingly it respawned and I couldn't pin it against a wall again to punch it for long enough.

They don't respawn, you must have ran into another one that is in the area. There are a total of 4 in the game, 2 in the crystal caves and 2 in the fabricator caverns

Well unless you're playing hard-core you literally do have plot armor. Being the protagonist of the game, your survival and ability to respawn is necessary for the plot of the game
