Im fairly sure the mushrooms generate dirt like how arrows generate dirt: in order for the projectile to look like its sticking out of terrain, it replaces the front of the projectile with 1 dirt pixel while leaving the rest intact. 1 spore will look normal, but with so many, itll spawn many many things of dirt! Anyway, love ur content ross. Keep up the noit

bonus Noita Challenge: pause at any point Ross has the wand inventory out and try to guess which spells are being stored for future use and which spells are actively making the wands they’re on do the silly things they do

Also I have studied the wand fired at 24:27 and here’s my best intermediate noita guess as to how it works: the wand fires the Red Colored Death Cross with a bunch of modifiers on it. Most just add damage, but the two that make it look cool are downwards larpa and orbit larpa. The downwards larpa fires additional Death Crosses downwards, while the orbit larpa creates the striking blue circle. After the spell expires, it fires a homing increase lifetime chain spell chainsaw with spells to power that triggers the rest of the cast state twice more that goes forth and Blends The Meatball. My question is: why is chain spell after the add trigger instead of spells to power? Is it a wand building goof or some weird add trigger thing as of yet incomprehensible?

You're probably overvaluing Add Mana. It's more of a quality of life spell than a requirement.

The difference between tickling your foe to causing the apocalypse is as simple as moving a spell one slot to the left. I have no idea how that works but its cool lookin and thats all that matters

First time I tried the deer boss it got away from me too, because I used a homing stone and they flew away into the sky together, never to be seen again.

Nice!😂🤣 For my last fight, I was fighting him, he walked to the left of the island off screen and just *disappeared*. Don't know if he fell in the lake but I never saw him again, even when I dived down to check.

@@RedRiotRoss OK, I'd like to see it! I was thinking (for my run, but I'd love to see what your creativity comes up with) a giga-death cross wisp with an add trigger to make normal death cross with an expiration trigger that does inner spell boomerang piercing heal bolts. Maybe some divide bys to make sure there are heal bolts to heal for more than each death cross explosion. Because death crosses have homing on harmless creatures, it seems fitting to kill Tapion Vasalli with them.

Can we count the ghost deer as already killed because it is a ghost?

Well, I know you could have definitely killed the boss that left anyway, so, I see this as a 100% W. Good noiting!

Hate to break it to you, but that friend kill doesn't count as a boss kill. You have to kill 9 of the horror monsters first, but you can pull a technically since you're not trying for the tree pillar.
