The time has come for me to say goodbye. When I started this account over 3 years ago I never thought I’d be doing this for that long and that I’d have over 5,500 subscribers. This was just a fun thing I was doing and I am forever glad others got some enjoyment out of it as well.
But sadly things change, people change. I started this when I was 15 and just beginning senior school. Now I’m 19 in less then a week and going into uni next year. I was going to end this account at the start of this year, after I graduated but I just couldn’t do it. I couldn’t say goodbye even if it wasn’t fun to make videos anymore in hopes it would be fun again in the future. I couldn’t say goodbye to something that had brought light into my life during darkness.
After I came back from Vancouver was when I realised I needed to move on even though it was hard but I still struggled. Then came the day. You know the day I’m talking about. When Jen announced she was leaving Once Upon a Time. In that moment I knew I needed to leave this behind, that this was the end, it wasn’t going anywhere and it was stupid for me to think things where going to change. So I started working on a goodbye video or ten. It was hard and my lack of enjoyment made it nearly impossible to get anywhere with the video (thats why it took me 10 tries and many months) making this video I realised there’s no way i can continue or ever continue this again. I got no enjoyment out of it and I don’t think I’ll even get any enjoyment out of doing this stuff ever again. It was fun at the start and I’m surprised it lasted as long as it did, I never thought I’d make it past 1 year.
I’m writing this to you because I’ve been where you are. Waited for a new video that was never going to come because the vidder never said they where leaving. I will be deleting this account not now but I will be before the end of 2017. So thank you for watching my videos, for commenting such nice things (they always made my day) and for making this a special part of my life that I will never forget.
I have not left the fandom, I’m still here. I have a fan art account on Instagram (link below) that I still post on, it’s just a goodbye to youtube. I’ll be answering comments for the next 24 hours but after that I’m logging out of this account permanently so if you have something you want to ask or say comment on this video, you can always go over to instagram and ask me there if you want. I love this so so much!! I love OUAT the originals only and love Captain Swan. Jennifer was the show and it was not the same when everyone left. Today is the second anniversary of their wedding which is crazy. this video is beautiful! You are artistic in so many ways Jaclyn!

Awwww, times do change and people change, sometimes it is best to know when it's time to move on. I wish you luck in university, it can be tough at times but worth it (I'm currently a student myself, I understand!)

Morethanjustaplum thank you. I've enjoyed most of my time on this channel it was really only around the time I finished hall of fame that I started to loose interest. I'm glad people enjoyed my videos
I'm sobbing this video is so well done :') I have enjoyed your channel for YEARS and now am keeping with up with you o n social media :D!! I agree, once Jen left I began to question if I should stay. Also in the same boat, starting uni- it's difficult to balance a fandom life along with social life, school life, and just keeping up with myself :(

I'm so sad that you're leaving, your videos are beautiful and always make me smile. However, I completely understand why you want to leave, you shouldn't be doing this if you don't enjoy it. I'm going to miss scrolling through your videos. The best of luck to you in uni and all you hope to do ❤️
