All of the wild honey bees in the state of AZ are genetically Africanized. These are NOT European bees! The law states in AZ that if you have a feral hive on your property you HAVE to have it removed. Also the liability to the homeowner is huge here so our goal is to mitigate the threat first. Its sounds bad but the Killer Bee Guy is right, we have to go with the greater good here. Killer bee's can sting continuously and they are a threat compared to European honey bees.

@@schwartz478 they can only sting once but european honeybees will only usually send ~10 guard bees to sting people and africanized will send hundreds to thousands. also honeybees generally don't pollinate as well as native bees and bumblebees in general
