When would you choose the aspiring Champion over the Chosen? Power Weapon vs Elite Teams and Power Fist vs Horde Teams / 7 HP Teams?

Leader with neuro does a GA2 activation with starstorm duelist, both of them dive into my flank and light up two of my guys.

What happened?!
In the last tier list Phobos Strike Team was actually at the "S" tear. Was it a joke or smth? I paint my infiltrators right now and just curious how bad this disicion is :D

You mis-read the tier list. In the last Command Point Into the Dark tier list, Intercession Squad was in the highest tier ("Top of the Meta"), whereas Phobos Strike Team was down in the second-lowest tier ("Could use some tweaks")
