I watched Kill la Kill back in 2019 and man this series was such a Crazy Roller coaster. I just love how “In your face” this series is. The plot is Solid the Action is Top Tier the characters and their perspective’s make for great Dialogue, Ryuko is such a Badass but Lovable MC and what needs to be said about this phenomenal Soundtrack, And don’t get me started on how Amazing lady Satsuki was in this series with her Willpower and SHEER Devotion to her Goals. I loved Every Second of this Series and till this day Kill la kill is still one of my Favorite Anime EVER.

@@grasseater7374 I get that you're not a fan of Gurren Lagann but overrated how exactly? Barely anybody boasts about Gurren Lagann, most of the fans just throw in references in full-caps at worst. We don't keep on bragging that it's the best like Naruto fans do nor do we consistently hammer it into everything like the Jojo fan base. Not to say Jojo is overrated but their fanbase is very vocal, if they find a reference they take a mile. Gurren Lagann is a very high quality piece of work imo. Sure it's no Evangelion but it never tried to be, what makes the show great for us is SPIRIT.

Like I don't mind it, but when it's gets overly popular you can see people sexualized the characters etc + everything about the show. I'm not saying it isn't sexualized but it bothers me because I watch the show not for what I see people calling it as fan service but because I grew up watching it and not once have I looked at it in a way like that. I preferred when the community was small.

Honestly this is the first song I've ever tripped too fucking absolute insane colors and sense of flying.
I watched Kill la Kill back in 2019 and man this series was such a Crazy Roller coaster. I just love how “In your face” this series is. The plot is Solid the Action is Top Tier the characters and their perspective’s make for great Dialogue, Ryuko is such a Badass but Lovable MC and what needs to be said about this phenomenal Soundtrack, And don’t get me started on how Amazing lady Satsuki was in this series with her Willpower and SHEER Devotion to her Goals. I loved Every Second of this Series and till this day Kill la kill is still one of my Favorite Anime EVER.

@@grasseater7374 I get that you're not a fan of Gurren Lagann but overrated how exactly? Barely anybody boasts about Gurren Lagann, most of the fans just throw in references in full-caps at worst. We don't keep on bragging that it's the best like Naruto fans do nor do we consistently hammer it into everything like the Jojo fan base. Not to say Jojo is overrated but their fanbase is very vocal, if they find a reference they take a mile. Gurren Lagann is a very high quality piece of work imo. Sure it's no Evangelion but it never tried to be, what makes the show great for us is SPIRIT.

Like I don't mind it, but when it's gets overly popular you can see people sexualized the characters etc + everything about the show. I'm not saying it isn't sexualized but it bothers me because I watch the show not for what I see people calling it as fan service but because I grew up watching it and not once have I looked at it in a way like that. I preferred when the community was small.
