Please do make a video about how to deal with the d4 fianchetto variation of the KID - I recently faced it in a classical game against an 1800 rated player and got a pretty bad position very quickly as I was cramped and had nothing obvious to play for. He played too passively though and I was able to draw the game.

Play the same approach with e5 and even ed4 ed4 Bf5 and after h3 h5!
