Kilimanjaro Safaris at Disney's Animal Kingdom 2022 Experience in 4K | Walt Disney World Florida
Enjoy a ride on the Kilimanjaro Safaris at Disney’s Animal Kingdom in 4K UHD 60fps! It was a pretty chilly day(highs in the low 60s). Lightning Lane was used for this video, which took about 5 minutes. The stand by line at the time was a 65 minute wait. This was filmed on January 17th 2022 from around 2:15pm - 2:45pm.

I love this so much!!! It’s best to go on this experience at night! The animals are incredibly active around sunset.

Yes, I remember riding this a few times at night! Unfortunately, Disney stopped nighttime rides. The sun sets at around 5:55pm right now but the last safari leaves at 5pm. Not sure why they made that change :/

Watching the behind the scenes show on Disney+ and you can see how much the keepers care for the animals under the their care
We were on the safari once at dusk and the 2 female lions woke up and started roaring. We went sent the video out people thought they were animatronics. haha, we told them it was perfect timing.

Yes definitely! This was a phenomenal safari ride overall. I just miss the lions! I haven’t seen them in so long now, not sure why they haven’t been out. I was getting ready to send Andrew your comment but quickly went to check if the castle is still in stock and unfortunately it’s already completely out. This sucks, I really hate what KZread does with the comments sometimes

Also Andrew, Liz commented on here earlier in the day but for some reason the comment won’t show up. She wanted to tell you that the 50th Castle playset is back in stock on ShopDisney if you are interested. I’m not sure if it’s in stock still but just wanted to relay the message to you since her comment keeps getting removed for some reason

please remain seated at all times, keep your hands, arms and children inside the "truck".. i know its minoot but the disney touch... They would keep in show and say inside the safari vehicle. this is just a small small smalll detail in the grand scheme of things but when she said that, it didnt scream the disney show that once was there.
