Day 3 Mkubwa camp to Sira 1 camp.
Over night there were monkeys jumping in the trees and some even came to the ground, food perhaps?
This was the day we caught the sun and got pretty burnt despite taking precautions! I later realised I'd got sunstroke and suffered that evening, but I did survive.
The day started with another great meal that had lots of choice. Spirits were high.
The theme of our hike would later become Adriano Celentano Prisencolinensinainciusol..... if you know you know!!!
This was also the first time we'd experienced what it really feels like to be a tourist ..... we were provided a break with tables and chairs, a table cloth, tea coffee ginger tea and an array of snacks! Unbelievable!
Arriving at camp we were blessed with amazing sights, more great food and a game of catchphrase 😆, of course Karla won!
The stars were amazing!
