Thanks for the nice video. It is certainly a generally clean city & with due respect to the good Rwandan people, it is not my kind of city because I like flat land scale type of cities which are easier for the elderly & the disabled people to walk along without much difficulty. I however, admire & compliment the way the people fir keeping their city with a much difficult terrain generally clean.

I would love to buy property and spend half the year in Kigali. How much does a house in a gated community cost, and what are the property taxes? Hello Abdi, normally a house in Rwanda's gated community suburbs ranges between $75,000-$120,000.

I would love to see my small Island Curacao in the Caribbean looking like this, seeing people in the streets! Those cities look alive, there is live, when I go on vacation in Curacao, because I live in Europe Idon't see nobody in the streets, everybody is inside, it is so quiet and boring over there. So I have a dilemna, shall I go back to the Island I was born, or should I go to an African country like Rwanda, I really don't know, only 6 more months to fugure it out🤔

Yeah, urban density and walkability are so important. That's why I hate living in the United States suburbs where everything is so spread out and you need a car to go everywhere. Too many island nations have that sleepy laid back vibe, which is so boring.

@@WillieFungo okay, thanks. Where I live, sewers are also water drainage ditches as well, they’re just covered, not wide open like that. The holes are at the ends of each block. It looks so different there. That’s why I didn’t know what they are. Thanks for the reply and thanks for your videos

Cherche a video pour Kiyovu par exemple. C'est dans Kigali aussi. Quand les maisons sont serrés il est difficile de trouver où planter un arbre comme dans ces zones purement commerciales qu'il montre

Kigali is clean because there are not many people from the Eastern countries. Johannesburg is very dirty because of them, our cities in South Africa used to be clean during the apartheid government.

It was early in the morning so the mall was empty.

Nyamirambo is only "dangerous" because it was known that that's where you go if you want stolen goods like phones or car parts but even the thieves are quite friendly 😂

I hope you heard what they were saying 04:02 - 04:54 , those kids were gonna throw a big stone at your camera and break it, those street kids are very aggressive cuz they sleep outside and they steal from ppl who are careless( Phones, bags and other devices) they can even stab you with something sharp don't ever go near them carelessly. We call them Marines here in Rwanda

As far as I have seen in many African countries, it seems Kigali is a very clean city. Oh MG the dirtiest country in Africa is Mali especially the capital Bamako. Uff so dirty and dusty, as well as the people, don't care about their health and cleanness. The Taxis are very old Mercedes Benz but very dirty dusty and smell fuel.
