Unfortunately, there's are people who want to have kids. It should've been illegal to have kids after 2004. People born after 2004 were born too late, now children gonna experience Covid-19 and being too late playing the OG games. People born during late 2010's and 2020's are never going to experience any games from 1990's and 2000's because they're old games. People born during late 2010's and 2020's don't have any respect to games from 1990's and 2000's, they seem to only play game from 2010's and 2020's (including Fortnite, PUBG and Pokemon GO). I glad I was born in 1997 and games like Fortnite, PUBG, Pokemon GO, Among Us didn't existed back in 2000's.

Pretty smart idea, by adding this, parent's or the kids have to actively break the law to play the game by faking a facial scan, by doing that, it'll effectively prevent them being able to publicly moan about their children playing the game so the company doesn't need to take any accountability, because lets face it, parent's alwaaays moan about violent video games when they come out, gonna be pretty hard to do that when you also have to admit to breaking the law at the same time XD

Theres no laws against the videogames, Batman. These ratings are enforced by many stores, but its not against the law to play a game above your age rating, its a recomendation. If you bypass the sysem by just uploading photos from google it could be seen as identity theft, but if u use an AI image to verify your age, the only repercussions may be a scolding from your parent. So no, its not a good idea, at least in my opinion. For one it is invasive to privacy and also stupidly easy to bypass. The comapy doesnt have to take accountability for karwns complaining anyways, because their game clearly states M for mature. If you buy your kids a game rated M, then thats on you, not rockstar. If they get it from somewhere else, thats one the person they got it from, not rockstar.
