What It Is
Kids Count Workout! is a whole new kind of exercise program designed especially for kids! Children will develop physical abilities, build self esteem and body awareness, and have a lot of fun!
How It Works
This 30-minute workout is choreographed by an exercise physiologist and
instructed by certified aerobics instructors and fitness trainers.
How It Came About
Kids Count Workout! was created by Vicki Esralew, a mother who wanted her kids to learn the importance of good health, fitness, body awareness and positive self-esteem at an early age. Thanks to the help of a very talented team of award-winning composers, fitness professionals and kids, her dream is now a reality.
