What is healthy in this cake? Sooji = maida Milk and milk powder = full fattening Sugar as is sugar Ghee = full fat Baki raising agents baking powder and baking soda Only few drops of lemon are healthy Find out what sooji is. I am not hating her recipe but just saying it’s not healthy Cake is meant to be unhealthy and it’s a treat once in a while with carbs, sugar and fat😊
