"Why isn't no one...." is actually a double negative sentence so that kinda makes it meaningless. "Why is no one...." or "Why isn't anyone...." would be the correct way. NOT attacking your grammatical error and DEFINITELY NOT patronizing you in any way, I'm just trying to hopefully prevent you from making a mistake in the future. Hope it helps.
