I love that you have “a lot” of toys. So many toy organization videos show like one thing in each cubby. Yours seems realistic for the amount of toys we really have to store while making them look good and useful :) Looks great! And super helpful:)

What’s your BEST toy storage hack?! Mine is color-coding the toys. Makes them so easy to put away when there’s clearly a section dedicated for them 🙌

My best toy storage hack is keeping most I storage and leaving a few in the play area then swap out at the beginning of the following month

Oh my goodness why am I just now finding you????!!!!! I was almost ready to give up on storage solutions for my kids toys but you have saved the day! Also our living rooms are similar mine is also a long big room and I have been struggling to decorate all this space but playroom here we come!

Finally somebody shows also some kids room content😍 hmm maybe some tips for small apartments with kids? As a new mom to be, I am worried I won’t have space for all the toys..

We have a small family home with a nearly five year old. The trick is to limit the toys. Kids don't need much toys. Only buy few in good quality, your child will love them more and play better than with many toys.

I agree - kids don’t need a whole lot. I start cycling out the toys after about two weeks. Everything feels new again 🥰

I just want to say how helpful this video is. I live in an open plan as well and I’ve been trying to figure out how to create a play area this helps tremendously thank you so much

Hello I have little vertical space in my play area bc of windows and all walls have base boards, any recommendations on toy storage ? I’m thinking free standing shelf but afraid it may tip over.

I covered by windows (not for everyone)- but I had to prioritize either more storage or peering eyes from neighbors who can see right thru. It was an easy decision 😅

They’re vintage swivel chairs that I had reupholstered and repurposed into lounge chairs when I had my first baby. I removed the swivel base to sit them on the ground 😊

I so enjoyed this video of how a playroom can be orderly and beautiful but my granddaughters are a pair of hurricanes. Julie you would fall over faint if you could see what it’s like lol 😂 Thankfully one is now at school and the other preschool full time. They do what they do at their home.

I have the regular iRobot (no mop), which I still use for my primary bedroom, but I love the Mach V1 for on the spot treatment too. Especially after parties when I need a good steam

@JulieKhuu Unless under lock or a door they tend to make chaos everywhere. 🤔 spending quite some time with making order + teaching them to make order.

After five minutes of play it will look like a bomb site. You "never clean up when guest come over?" ... Yeah i suppose if you keep the kids locked in a closet 24/7 you psycho
