Wow, great footage. Just bought a kickbike to replace some bike riding miles. The motion pattern should help my running more. Also I like the variation.

Hannu has taught me to keep hips lower at the start and during first kicks, to get more straight line from shoulders through hips to foot. Feels a bit unnatural but helps. I would use inside curve foot (left) for accelerating in curve if possible. Avoid narrow tires on soft track. That said, I don't qualify for 16 best in sprints and lose a bit against Rosanne too.

If really hilly like Alpine 10km uphills go for 20", otherwise 28" shall roll better...

From Mike London Kickbike Company - Great tips guys, Great slo-mo and camera angles. The quality of the filming and editing is very good. Thank you for putting the sub-titles which is the most important part for the English speaking market if you want more views!
