no cuz at the 200m mark ppl tend to slow down a bit. Then at the last 100m they try to speed up as much as they can.

@@ewpp-h2824 If you actually can't run faster than your 400m pace you NEED to be doing speed training. Even as a distance runner.
Met him in person he’s arrogant And he blocked that kid with his arm at the end
