I missed the days of Council that's now Promise. Council used to have meetings on what's the situation and issue. They don't make em like they used to. Well to be fair Advent escaped and got freedom but Justice? Kiwawa will likely whip them up into shape. They gotta stop eating Tiramisu and start chasing Advent 😂

Nah, her lore describes her obtaining forbidden knowledge that harmed her, leading to her capture and arrest. When you have cosmic and dimensional forces like Bae as Chaos incarnate, Fauna as the avatar of nature, Sana as all existence in the universe, Kronii as the passage of time itself, IRyS as a living Nephilim, and Mumei as the thought that binds together all consciousness... Shiori is just an unlucky librarian in comparison. It's absolutely ridiculous to argue power levels of vtuber lore, because that's just ultimately... mega lame. But Council and Promise obliterate everyone else by orders of magnitude, if we are going to go down that path.

Agreed. Lore wise, Shiori is definitely the strongest in Advent at the very least. She’s essentially like an Ina equivalent where her powers comes from “The Forbidden Ones” (aka Outer Gods). And if you take a look back at Advent’s PV animation, Shiori was not only shown to be the most heavily detained, but also the main reason why Advent was able to breakout in the first place.

If she had access to the library she'd be a force to reckon with together with Advent. I'm also just playing along with Tenchou's playing with power levels. This is by no means to disparage other holomems, just playing around with the idea. Unless this activity was banned, I wouldn't know. Sorry I guess.

The reason advent escaped was because they literally fight each other more than they do with criminals. Even after joining holo, they immediately start a drink crusade to see if tea or coffee is better.

I think Shiori is the most powerful if she's willing to break taboo as an Archiver by re-writing the Archive again. She probably got imprisoned because of that and her half-white hair might be the after-effects of her re-writing the Archive, like losing half of her existence or something.

Even though we barely know anything about her capabilities what we do know is that: 1) She’s an Ina equivalent seeing as her lore ties into an Outer God after obtaining “forbidden knowledge” 2) If you look at Advent’s PV animation, not only is she shown to be the most heavily detained, but she also seems to be the one who initiated Advent’s jail break as well

I feel Shiori is the most powerful in the way that Batman is powerful: stupid amounts of dangerous knowledge and the aptitude to use it if needed Like raw power wise she gets bodied by most of EN, but she is imploed to know a fuckton about way too much (forbidden knowledge, acts as the mastermind/logistics person/organizer for the group of seemingly unrelated mythical prisoners, knows where Nerissa's missing horn is that would un-nerf Nerissa,...)

Seems like the organisation going after advent is a multiversal one, considering ERB is stated to be known throughout the multiverse.

The only one in EN who has a chance to scale to Promise is Ina, if she got access to the full totality of the Ancient Ones' power. IRyS is a curious case since she is technically part of the angel/demon tier - but her being older than creation itself and directly involved with the gods (above the Council), with a unique task in the creation myth, definitely elevates her above even demon royalty. Calli is only slightly below Promise, as an Abstract of the system they created. Below that, I see the magical beings - which would include Kiara, Biboo and Nerissa at full power. Can't say much about their exact rank among each other. That would probably come down to the individual matchups and how their respective powers interact with each other. Ame also managed to elevate herself into this range, by pretty much removing herself from temporal causality through rampant time travel and universe/timeline hopping. Then there's the superhuman tier, which contains most of the rest of EN. I'd put Gura at the top here, with both superhuman physique _and_ Atlantean magic. FuwaMoco (individually) and nerfed Nerissa aren't far behind, each boasting demonic powers. Elsbeth probably fits the middle of the pack, making her the strongest in Justice. The minimum powers Ina may drop to is probably here, still keeping some eldritch traits and access to magic even without actively channeling attributes of the Ancient Ones. Gigi and Cecelia fall in the bottom ranges of this tier, being (as far as we know) an enhanced human (tail + chaser outfit) and an artificial construct respectively. And Raora just barely manages to make it in due to her 9 lives and God Eye. Other than that we haven't seen anything that goes above peak human - which she can likely reach due to her training in Justice. And then there's Shiori who so far hasn't shown any explicit superhuman abilities. In EN she only shares that tier with baseline Ame. JP especially has plenty of talents that would fall under this category though.

Ah hololive EN lore. I thinks my favorite is myth bad ending, it was such a combinaison of coregraphy and winks to differents lore pieces about them.

As final boss treatment Shiori got in the Advent trailer, I would assume Shiori is the strongest. In my head she has a very particular power system. Similar to the 3 Fates sisters from Greek mythology come to mind. Bookmarks, threads, and scissors.

IIRC them talking about it Shiori's spot in the ranking is more or less "???" because nobody really knows what she actually _is_ capable of but given the kind of prison she was confined in it's probably something scary. Beyond that unknown variable Biboo's apparently the canonically strongest of the bunch with her weird gem fairy shenanigans and Nerissa's heavily debuffed by her missing horn.

There has probably never been a Hololive gen that stopped being "lore-accurate" that fast. One of them even became a criminal herself....for justice.

Have anyone ever thought that the lores of the girls from the Hololive, the EN one especially, can get along really well Hazbin Hotel and Helluva Boss? In fact, I am surprised no ones write such a crossover fanfiction yet.

too bad the only EN talent interested in expanding the lore further is just one of the guys branch, it's understandable though. idol work takes too much time for them to have spare time to work on anything else not private. Especially after obtaining 3D models, they just even busier. June and July is the down time since they're all mostly renewing their contract with Cover and after that the plans set before the contract renewal will go full speed ahead starting August

(Includes Ame) Gura as well (it starts at the beach), Bijou, is probably the most chuuni member of HoloEN for how much she brings up power levels. Making even FUWAMOCO give their reply to it. Of course we can't forget Ame, who has the most fanfiction due to time travel, or I think that's the reason anyways?

That's exactly what I've been trying to point out since their reveal when I commented "So, how quickly is the lore going to be ignored this time" cuz I knew it was gonna be practically immediately. Heck Advent were drooling over their pursuers. The only small exception was Nerissa almost picking a fight with Elizabeth over their height.

Justice have the energy of a tabletop RPG party who can barely make it to the dungeon (or whatever) before starting to just screw around for the lulz and derailing wholesale whatever plotline the GM had planned... 👍 Wouldn't even be particularly surprised if it turned out most of them are actually reluctant "poachers into gamekeepers" types who're jumping the chance to loosen their leashes or somesuch o3o

Personally i think Shiori might potentially be the strongest not just in Advent but in are theories as what it is but judging from that quote alone Shiori seems to have found the source code/origin of the HoloVERSE. Now that line could just literal or could a metaphor for the beginning and the end which (fun fact: Omegaaplha is another word for the beginning and the end) would encompass everything kinda like good and evil part from the tree of knowledge where it just mean Everything basically and the next part could just mean Shiori might have witnessed the origin of creation itself it would also make her a witness to Council's creation with that act she was able to gain some sort of ability potentially it gave her an innate understanding of the the world itself where she could understand any and all phenomena she sees and maybe even alter reality to whatever her black and white heart's desire kinda like a writter and a blank page. Shiori's eye iconography seems the entail that her eyes are special like Raora's she have gained the ability to see the world in it's truest form kinda like the mystic eyes from the Fate/Tsukihime which now that im thinking about it doesn't the forbidden knowledge kinda sounds like the Root from the Nasuverse The ROOT basically is the source of all things and everything possible Shiori having the mystic eyes and death perception would be insane ngl. But yeah this pure speculation and not cannon so take this with a handful of salt but if the the forbidden is exactly how i described it Shiori alone would power creep Promise it would make sense to don't forget Inanis has the necronomicon which is no joke btw and yet she is free to roam around even Sana because an Apostle to the Outer Gods when she discovered them and she is a concept her self whatever the forbidden knowledge is it is soo dangerous that the gods themselves had to take action and didn't rely on Council or it could be the Gods search history😂 Also Biboo should be as strong as mumei since they are born/created in the exact same way via the collective unconscious of humanity Mooms being the testament to humanities achievements and Biboo being a manifestation of mankind's emotions or rather their desires to be more specific

If we are gonna use the lore it would be very hard to truly rank advent. Biboo seems likely to be the strongest as her mere presences causes mortals to lose their minds. We know Nerissa has been nerfed, but we don't know to what degree so we can't know her starting point. We do know that her singing much like Biboo's existence caused mortal to lose their minds so has alot of potential. FUWAMOCO back story kinda reminded me of the Beasts of Nurgle in the sense that they just wanted to play, but were so much stronger than the people they played with that it became dangerous to let them be amongst normal people. Then of course there is Shiori here we come to a true mystery much like Ina or even Ame before her she is supposedly just a regular human who gained "forbidden" knowledge. However the difference here is that the Gods feared what could be done with this knowledge and locked her away. So honestly I think theoretically Shiori is potentially the most powerful based on the fact that her knowledge alone is what the Gods fear, but it is so nebulous that we don't know what she can do with it. Otherwise I would say Biboo>Nerissa(full)>FUWAMOCO>Nerissa(debuff) Honestly I think Shiori just belongs to the side in a ??? category. I would put advent members and myth somewhere near each other in power, but Council truly outclasses them all lore wise with Bae as the strongest in all HoloEN. After all From Chaos all things came to be and to Chaos all things will inevitably return. I do wish they would lean on there lore from time to time it makes for some funny shenanigans like how Ame gets "nervous" whenever Kronii notices the watch, and the somewhat confirmed implication that Kronii made sure she found the watch in the first place. Ah well as long as the girls are having fun thats all I need. Sorry for the long winded ramble.

I thought Justice’s plan was they were supposed to be undercover as idols and “monitoring” Advent at the moment. Aka the in-lore reason why the status quo won’t be changing so quickly to the capture phase of the plan. That’s what Elizabeth’s debut video seemed to be implying anyway. Still silly, instead of just capturing them right away, but Justice as a group also seems to be very silly and incompetent at coming up with plans for capturing Advent.
