My friend just bought this today and I asked why this? Total invoice was 38.8 lac + 29k freight charges to Lahore + 50k withholding tax filer = 39.59 lac Reason is just because it fits in his garage. I'm waiting for DFSK GLORY 500 if it's priced with all features below 35 lac. This is a nice small car but price 🥲

Corolla 1.6X Special Edition is a good option as well. Grande is also close.

in my opinion Most Sportage owners who have complains about sportage's fuel avg (particularly the alpha owners) will think of shifting towards the stonic due to is fuel efficient 1.4l engine and 6 speed auto. if it has 6 airbags and parking sensors its good enough for the price. build quality and the front and back lights looks killin.

Kia should've offered their sedan " Cerato " or Kia Seltos at the same price. Stonic is way too compact in crossover segment and serve no purpose to pakistani buyer. Cargo space bhi sufficient nahi hai. Passengers k liye bhi feasible nahi hai

It's a small car, it's a basically a hatchback (RIO) slightly raised. Too expensive for the size.

Free maang lo bhai jee ap, is quality material ki car HONDA apko 60 sy kam nahe dyga. Dollar 176 ka hochuka hy. Kuch soch samjh k bat karain. 38 is very reasonable.

Don't know how long will be the delivery time, as people are suffering for delivery of sportage and picanto, for my own sportage i have a waiting time of 6 months and i heard other cases where 8-9 months delivery time is achieved. On top of that they increased the prices and even those who have done full payment 6 months before should also pay the extra price increase. Booked Kia Picanto AT in May 2021 with the Delivery Time of September 2021, still not delivered. The representatives from Kia Motors (Dealership) say that it will be delivered in December 2021. Moreover they are saying the Kia Motors is not sharing their production plan with the dealerships (Every representative of Kia Kings Gate Motors (Dealership) has got a new story to tell everytime. The sales agent is not answering the call now from the past few days. Have suffered a lot because of this poor management by Kia Motors in providing the fake delivery dates along with the poor communication between their sales team and the production department and above all running their dealerships with the unprofessional staff.

I bought Civic 1.8 last week for 4.1M. I saw stonic yesterday and it looks good but in 3.8M I will stick to my Civic. Not to mention I booked Picanto AT in April and still haven't received it.

I have civic as well but what does kia stonic has to offer? Apart from safety features every other option is same. He didn't mention if stonic has cruise or not. If it doesn't, then i would not recommend this car to anyone. Civic is a beautiful car, best grip, engine options but the only drawback I face is its ground clearence. It's annoying to get off the car and from rear seats, its almost impossible for senior age person to come out off the car.

Target market for this car is people already having sedan, suvs (and tax evaders) & looking for smaller car as their 3rd/4th car. This car, at Rs 4 million (on road price), is definitely not for middle class & upper middle class. Btw, chasis is same as Rio hatchback! Kia is just playing with words, it's nowhere near a subcompact SUV, it's not a CROSSOVER (subcompact SUV is Sportage). Overpriced hatchback is all this is. Good car but the price isn't justifiable.

Is this CBU unit or CKD....? if it is CKD, I think it is fairly priced however I expect reduction in its price when CBU unit is launched If it CBU then i believe it is overly priced and most female customers will prefer to buy this car.

I don't think Kia is trying to compete with other crossovers with this car. They're probably trying to disrupt corolla and civic's market. I mean, in this era of booming crossovers, if you had the option to buy a small crossover like Stonic instead of a sedan for the same price and features, what would you go for?

I know why you asked this question.Many people believe that MG HS top varient has been discontinued and the local assembled units have less features.But that is not the case.The lower two varients of the MG HS are locally assembled while the top model is sold as a CBU beside the other two units.
