maine medicine lena chalu kiya hai kareeb 20 din hua hai but dard band nahi hota hai kabhi kabhi tej dard hone lagta hai jayda paani jab pita hu tab dard band hota hai lekin bathroom ke baad phir dard hone lagta hai

Sir good evening, I am suffering from left renal HDN and multiple calculi and I had also got open kidney surgery in 2013 that time HDN was in 2nd grade, and in 2018 I was again faced with the same issue. that time in my kidney also had multiple calculi and HDN 3rd grade and they install the DJ stent in my left kidney through the urethra and I got an EC scan which my kidney function was 35% for left and 65% for right kidney. After this report, they remove the DJ stent and they told to me now everything is fine u can go home but in 2020 December I had TB in the right chest I have completed my treatment in June 2021. One more issue now I have multiple calculi in my left kidney the biggest stone is measure 2.2*1.6 cm and tiny calculi measure 2 mm. And now my kidney function report is 34% for left and 66% for right are working. My treatment is going in GMCH 32 CHANDIGARH and my age is right now 25 years old. Please guide my which surgery is good for me.
