1. ช่วงตั้งครรภ์ (270 วัน)
2. ช่วงแรกเกิดจนถึง 6 เดือน (180 วัน) และ
3. ช่วง 6 เดือน ถึง 2 ปี (550 วัน)
ซึ่งในแต่ช่วงเด็กต้องการการดูแลอย่างมีคุณภาพเพราะต่างเป็นช่วงเวลาเพื่อช่วยทำให้เด็กทุกคนได้รับการดูแลอย่างมีคุณภาพจากสายใยรักของครอบครัว
