I, myself, am a kind of preacher, I am a PhD and my home language is English but man listening this young man I felt myself an ignorant person who knows nothing. This lecture is of 2015 and listening in 2020 is as fresh as it has been delivered as a min ago. Ya Rab bless ustaad Nauman great reward and more knowledge and because of him bless us more knowledge and ability to deliver that knowledge with wisdom as he does.

Yesterday, I was rejected from my top-choice college, despite having a decent application for this college and preparing almost a year for it. Yet, people whom I guided on their way to get into college were able to get into colleges (including my top-choice college) with relatively weaker applications. I lost hope that day and started hoping for Allah's guidance to make through to my other options. After watching this video by our scholar, I understand that perhaps Allah prepared a better place for me than I can't even imagine. Alhamdulillah, now I am optimist about my future because Allah is examining through various obstacles to give me the best that one can imagine.

Salaam Alex, may Allah reward you plenty for just a beautiful prayer. But when it comes to asking a prayer from Allah, it is not correct to say Insha'Allah as the prophet PBUH has told us, this is simply because the phrase "inshaAllah" means "if Allah wills" and imagine you say "Allah guide me if you will" rather than saying just "Allah guide me", use Insha'Allah for your promises and action, not for the prayer

@ 20:00, Nouman Ali Khan is right, if you're in an empty space or land and seek refuge with God, you will receive absolute salvation and peace. At the end the of day, only God can maintain that salvation and nurture your human soul. You also feel that positive vibe and energy in the heart, mind, and soul.

@@oneida271 You asked me a question but then already jumped to the conclusion that I was lying? So, you’re doubting my character before checking the facts? Maybe you make false claims but not me because I actually abide by my religion. A good Muslim would have simply asked for proof instead of shooting down my claim and jumping to the conclusion that my claim was false because my comment was very civil. In Surah At-Tawba, Allah states that doubt is a disease of the heart. So, you clearly need to clean your heart and clarify before doubting someone. I don’t make claims that are false so before you copy and paste a verse from the Qur’an which you most likely can’t even read, don’t assume things about me just because you make false claims and assume that everyone is capable of doing so. Btw, here’s some proof: mobile.twitter.com/Eusafxae_/status/911926379603775488/photo/1 Oh, let me guess: You’re gonna doubt my proof as well. But don’t even try to deny it because he is showing his Awrah in that pic. Also, his profile pic is nowhere to be found on Google. Nobody should have pics exposing their Awrah. I can tell you’re a big fan of him and you idolize him but truth hurts. You probably don’t even know what Awrah is 😆 Again, please be more civil in the future and avoid fallacious arguments before you make yourself look like a fool again.

Mashallah, until I didn't notice the Khutbah wants to end. Thanks NAK for explaining to us like we are kids and know nothing about the words of Allah. My notes: 1. Pray to ALLAH to give you guidance 2. Think positive about your future 3. Make a consistent small/little improvement toward Allah’s path. Don’t compare your journey to others. Allah doesn't want you to do that.

    1. Don't say you will do anything tomorrow without saying InshAllah. Saying inshAllah doesn't mean hopefully. It means you will make every effort to, and the only way it won't happen is if Allah doesn't want it to happen. Don't take this promise lightly. If you can't do something, openly say you can't do it. 2. Find the balance between relying on yourself and relying on Allah. Don't blame Allah when something doesn't go your way, and contemplate whether it was your lack of effort or not. Even if it wasn't your lack of effort, be aware that Allah has a plan for all of us, and it wasn't meant to be. 3. Don't compare yourself to others in dunya, let alone akhira. Focus on where you are today, and improve based on that. The only thing that matters is continuous improvement, and if you die improving, you have succeeded. Even if you died learning the arabic alphabet, and you genuinely wanted to improve, you can be even better than an alim. Don't underestimate where you are with Allah, and ask Allah for guidance. 4. When we are asking Allah to give peace to the oppressed, we are also asking to increase ourselves and the world around us in guidance. Have a positive outlook on life for ourselves, our children, and our community. Be concerned for the whole world, not just your fellow brothers and sisters, as is the legacy of Ibrahim (AS).

*Women are Deficient in Intelligence and Religion - Most people in Hell are Women - Testimony of one man equals two women* Sahih Bukhari Volume 1, Book 6, Number 301: Once Allah's Apostle went out to the Musalla (to offer the prayer) o 'Id-al-Adha or Al-Fitr prayer. Then he passed by the women and said, "O women! Give alms, as I have seen that the majority of the dwellers of Hell-fire were you (women)." They asked, "Why is it so, O Allah's Apostle?" He replied, "You curse frequently and are ungrateful to your husbands. I have not seen anyone more deficient in intelligence and religion than you. A cautious sensible man could be led astray by some of you." The women asked, "O Allah's Apostle! What is deficient in our intelligence and religion?" He said, "Is not the evidence of two women equal to the witness of one man?" They replied in the affirmative. He said, "This is the deficiency in her intelligence. Isn't it true that a woman can neither pray nor fast during her menses?" The women replied in the affirmative. He said, "This is the deficiency in her religion." *Prayer is annulled by a dog, a donkey and a woman* Sahih Bukhari Volume 1, Book 9, Number 490: The things which annul the prayers were mentioned before me. They said, "Prayer is annulled by a dog, a donkey and a woman (if they pass in front of the praying people)." I said, "You have made us (i.e. women) dogs. I saw the Prophet praying while I used to lie in my bed between him and the Qibla. Whenever I was in need of something, I would slip away. for I disliked to face him." *Women are bad omen* Sahih Bukhari Volume 7, Book 62, Number 29 ..Apostle said, If at all there is evil omen, it is in the horse, the woman and the house. *Women Look Like Devils* Sahih Muslim Book 008, Number 3240: Jabir reported that Allah's Messenger (may peace be upon him) saw a woman, and so he came to his wife, Zainab, as she was tanning a leather and had sexual intercourse with her. He then went to his Companions and told them: The woman advances and retires in the shape of a devil, so when one of you sees a woman, he should come to his wife, for that will repel what he feels in his heart. *Majority of People in Hell are Women* Sahih Bukhari Volume 7, Book 62, Number 125 Then I saw the (Hell) Fire, and I have never before, seen such a horrible sight as that, and I saw that the majority of its dwellers were women." The people asked, "O Allah's Apostle! What is the reason for that?" He replied, "Because of their ungratefulness." It was said. "Do they disbelieve in Allah (are they ungrateful to Allah)?" He replied, "They are not thankful to their husbands and are ungrateful for the favors done to them. Even if you do good to one of them all your life, when she seems some harshness from you, she will say, "I have never seen any good from you. *Women are Like Crooked Ribs* Sahih Bukhari Volume 7, Book 62, Number 113: Allah's Apostle said, "The woman is like a rib; if you try to straighten her, she will break. So if you want to get benefit from her, do so while she still has some crookedness." *Eve missing in Quran* Mohamed's Allah forget to mention Eve in his Quran...but he remembered Adam!! a male chauvinist Allah!

Dear Brothers and Sisters, please read this comment! It will only bring you benefits. 1. It was narrated that Abu Umaamah said: “The Messenger of Allaah (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) said: “Whoever recites Ayatul Kursi immediately after each prescribed prayer, there will be nothing standing between him and his entering Paradise except death.” 2. Abu Hurairah reported that the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: He who says, ‘Subhan-Allahi wa bihamdihi‘ (Glory and praise be to Allah) one hundred times a day, his sins will be obliterated even if they are equal to the extent of the foam of the sea. (Al-Bukhari and Muslim) 3. Abu Hurairah narrated that the Prophet said:“There are two statements that are light on the tongue, heavy on the scales, and beloved to the Most Merciful: Subahana Allahi wa bihamdihi, Subhana Allahi Al-`Azeem (Glory and praise be to Allah, Glorified is Allah, the Most Great.)” (Al-Bukhari) 4. Abu Hurairah reported that the Prophet said: He who repeats after every prayer: Subhan Allah (Glory be to Allah) thirty-three times, Al-hamdu lillah (praise be to Allah) thirty-three times, Allahu Akbar (Allah is Greatest) thirty-three times; and completes the hundred with: La ilaha illallahu, wahdahu la sharika lahu, lahul-mulku wa lahul-hamdu, wa Huwa `ala kulli shai’in qadir (There is no true god except Allah. He is One and He has no partner. His is the sovereignty and His is the praise, and He is Omnipotent)Will have all his sins pardoned even if they may be as large as the foam on the surface of the sea.” (Muslim) 5. Zaid ibn Harithah narrated that the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: Whosoever says: ‘Astaghfirullaha al-`Azeem al-ladhi la ilaha illa howa Al-Hayy al-Qayyum wa atubu illayh(I ask forgiveness of Allah, the Magnificent, than Whom there is no deity, the Living, the Sustainer of existence, and I turn to Him in repentance,) his sins will be forgiven even if he should have run away from the battlefield (while he was engaged in fighting for the Cause of Allah, which is a grave sin in Islam). (Abu Dawud and authenticated by Al-Albani) 6. The Prophet peace be upon him said "Whosoever recites Durood Sharief on me 10 times in the morning and evening, I will intercede for him on the day of Qiyamah." (TIBRANI) 7. Whoever reads Surah Ikhlas ten times, Allah will build a palace for him in Paradise. ‘Umar (may Allah be pleased with him) exclaimed, “If that’s the case, then we will increase in our palaces!” The Prophet ﷺ (may the peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) responded, “Allah is better and greater (in reward).” [Ahmad] 8. Whoever reads Surat al-Kahf on Friday, it will act as a light/protection for him from one Friday to the next. [Bayhaqi] 9. Whoever performs their ablution carefully and then affirms (their faith by testifying): “Ash-hadu an laa ilaha il Allah wahdahu laa shareeka lahu wa anna Muhammadan `abduhu wa rasuluhu; Allahumma-ja’lni min at-tawaabeen waj-a’lni min al-mutatahireen”: ‘I testify that there is no true deity except Allah Alone, Who has no partners, and that Muhammad ﷺ is His slave and Messenger; O Allah, make me from those who repent and purify themselves’ - the eight gates of Jannah are opened for him so he may enter through whichever of these gates he desires.[Tirmidhi] 10. Whoever says: “Radheetu billahi Rabba, wa bil Islaami Deena, wa bi Muhammad Nabiyya” - ‘I am pleased with Allah as my Lord, and with Islam as my Religion, and with Muhammad as my Prophet,’ Paradise would be (made) mandatory for him. [Abu Dawud] 11. Whoever asks Allah for Paradise three times (Allahumma inni as’aluk al-Jannah), then Paradise will say: “O Allah! Enter him into Paradise!” And whoever seeks protection with Allah from the Fire three times (Allahumma ajirni min an-Nar), the Fire will say: “O Allah! Protect him from the Fire!” [Tirmidhi] 12. Whoever is easy-going, gentle and kind, Allah will make the fire forbidden for him. [Hakim] 13. In Paradise there are rooms whose outside can be seen from the inside and the inside can be seen from the outside. Allah has prepared them for those who feed the poor, who are gentle in speech, who fast regularly and who pray at night when (other) people are asleep. [Ahmad] 14. Narrated from Abu Hurayrah that the Prophet (blessings and peace of Allah be upon him) said: “There is a soorah of the Qur’an, with thirty verses, that interceded for a man until he was forgiven; it is ‘Soorah Tabaarak Alladhi bi yadihi’l-mulk (Blessed is He in Whose Hand is the dominion)’ [al-Mulk 67:1].” 15. Say this 3 times for 6 hours worth of reward: Subhan-Allah Wa bihamdihi, ‘adada khalqihi, wa rida-a nafsihi, wa zenatee ‘arshihi, wa midada kalimatihi(Allah is free from imperfection and I begin with His praise, as many times as the number of His creatures, in accordance with His Good Pleasure, equal to the ink that may be used in recording the words (for His Praise).” (Muslim) www.duasrevival.com/morning-azkar/high-reward-dhikr-after-fajr-prayer

@@zakirnaikahmaddeedat3651 Thanks for answering, but there are many people studying Quran and sunnah, even graduated from Al-Azhar University, they are Alim but still don't have the faith that the companions of Rasoolullah saws did. They were leaving their home, country, family, property just with a sword and shield used to leave for jihad on the path of Allah swt, they had no degree in Islamic studies, they even didn't no how to read and write, they had no technology, not enough money and food...etc. but they had the faith to do whatever Allah and the prophet used to command them. They had the ultimate love for Allah and the prophet, and they used to not afraid of any other people except from Allah swt. On the contrary today's Muslims, have everything, but have no faith, no love for Allah and the prophet, they are afraid more from people than from Allah swt, but most of them have phD in Islamic studies. Have you considered Afghanistan's Mujahideen leaders, most of them were learned Muslims, had degrees from Islamic universities. What they did to their own people, they sold and Islamic country like Afghanistan to the western disbelievers. Likewise, in other Islamic countries Ulema cannot speak against their own secular or democratic governments, which have no Islamic system of government, education, police, judiciary...etc. These Ulema are afraid of being arrested, killed, imprisoned, and tortured by the government or disbelievers. While the companions of the prophet used sacrifice their everything on the path of Islam. What type of faith is that? My friend your answer is not a proper answer. I'm answering the question: Faith is not just to accept that God exist, the day hereafter and judgment day are true, but faith is to love Allah and the prophet more than anything and anyone else, fear Allah swt more than anyone else, and how can you earn such faith? By knowing God and knowing oneself, knowing the purpose of life, knowing that Allah is omnipresent and omnipotent, Allah is watching us and knowing our intentions and the very temptations of our ego, and he is closer to us than our jugular vein. How to earn this knowing and insight? By contemplation on the creation of our own body and the details of the creation of the creatures and the universe. By contemplation we realize that not only Allah exist, but he is present everywhere, he is the All powerful who has hold the entire universe together and no star goes out of the orbit or rout that Allah swt has determined for them. Also, by contemplation we find Allah swt's infinite compassion and mercy, we find out that how kind he is, how loveable he is, we find out how just he is, so it's better to afraid him than others. As you said we need to study Quran and Sunnah, that's right, but those who have studied, never paid attention to 2500 verses of the Quran about contemplation, which have been revealed in order to know God and to know ourselves. If we don't know ourselves, how would we know God, if we don't know God, how would we know ourselves? Knowing ourselves is connected with knowing God. As mentioned in the Quran those who forget Allah swt, as a result, Allah swt made them forget themselves. When one forget himself, he doesn't know himself. He knows himself as a physical body, and that's it. He doesn't know what's soul, what does it do, what is ego, what does it do, what is Satan and Angel and what they are doing, how the soul, ego, Angel and Satan interfere with our actions? Once a Muslim have all this knowledge and spiritual experiences, they instantly realize the root cause of their misdeeds and know how to stop or block it. They know the root cause of the good deeds and how to strengthen it. The more a Muslim contemplate, the more he knows God and himself and finally he perceives that wherever he goes, whatever he does, Allah swt is with him and he remembers Allah swt all the times and never forgets him. A Muslim, in spite of having Islamic knowledge, commit sin, because he doesn't know God, doesn't know himself, doesn't know the root cause of the sin and how it encourages him to commit sin. If he already has established a connection and relationship with Allah swt, he will never commit wrong, if he does, as soon as possible he realizes and return to Allah swt, repents and asks for forgiveness and in the future tries not to fall victim to Satanic temptation and egoistic desire that make him commit sin. Worships especially contemplation and ziker of Allah strengthen the soul or Rooh, and the stronger soul, the stronger faith the person will have, the strong faith will always prevent us from doing wrong or evil. So, ziker and contemplation must not be forgotten at any cost, because if we forget, then we forget Allah swt, and forgetting Allah swt makes us a companion and listener of Satan's temptations and egoistic desires. Therefore, Ziker and contemplation are the most important and forgotten worships and the strongest food for our souls and faith. That's why Muslims, despite their knowledge of Islam do not care about Islam, about Allah swt, about the prophet pbuh and about the Muslims of the world what they are going through. So, I suggest every Muslim must start doing Ziker and fiker or contemplation in order to strengthen their faith. Jazakallah my brother.
