When I think Khorne, I feel like Berserk would be nice. Nurgle..Parasyte? Edit: I done fucked up since Parasyte was mentioned and I'll add Samurai X with Khorne. Maybe even Corpse Party and Gundam. Nurgle can have Madoka because of the nature of the magical girls and hoooo buddy, those witches are rife with body horror.

So anyone who joins the blood God is it naturally they get taller and buffer or is it just or do you have to already be that.

8 people can make a war. 4 people make a team. 2 teams can fight for so much longer than 1v1. It's dividable by 2 so that one can murder the other. Khorns love for 8 is where the 8 pointed star for chaos originates.

Seriously, Skarbrand has such a badass story and I understand why Bricky didn't get into it, but it still makes me a little sad that he didn't. Skarbrand was THE Bloodthirster. Skarbrand is the best there is at what Bloodthirsters do, and he has literally filled oceans with blood. Welp one day, Tzeentch came to Skarbrand and convinced him that he is such a badass that he could take on Khorne and Skarbrand is like, "sounds so crazy it just might work" and then HE ACTUALLY TRIED TO KILL KHORNE! He even managed to stub Khorne's toe, which is in-fucking-credible! Well, Khorne picked Skarbrand up, put him in a chokehold until he blacked out, then dragged him out to the veranda, held him up so everything in Khorne's domain could see him and said, "pay attention motherfuckers, cause you step to me, you get some of THIS!" and then yeeted Skarbrand straight out of his domain. Dude flew for EIGHT GODDAMN DAYS like a comet of blind burning rage. When he finally landed, he cratered the earth. Then dusted himself off, said "well, hard to argue with that logic. Back to work, I guess" and went right back to killin' shit! Fucking Skarbrand.

I'm an ohio resident and I can promise you that nobody in Cleveland would argue with that.

The Sister of Battle that turned to Slaanesh is Miriael Sabathiel, there's not a lot about her, but she is the only Sister of Battle to ever _willingly_ turn to Chaos, but there were some cases of Sisters being twisted against their will, besides the Imperium would hide any case of a Sister turning traitor as hard as they would hide a Space Marine Chapter becoming Gue'ron'vesa.

There is a sister that fell to Khorne, by the name of Oleande, from the short story "Heart & Soul" and her order (Valorous Heart) was surpressing the information hard! One sister by ORDER, took Oleande's name and identity, while hunting the real Oleande down, so no one would know that a sister from their order had fallen to chaos. The sister who fell to Slaanesh is Miriael Sabathiel, don't know much about her other than what i have read on the wiki. This is me speculating, but there is most likely other sister that has fallen to chaos, but that information is surpressed like what Valorous Heart did.

Ka'bandha, the bloodthirster who Sanguinius beat up has vowed to ALWAYS plague his sons the blood angels forever when he got his ass beat. To the point where he actually sorta came to the blood angels aid when the Tyranids attacked Baal. Basically the mentality is "ONLY IM ALLOWED TO KILL YOU! NO ONE ELSE!!!!" It's also kinda memed that he's Tsundere for Sanguinius. He's kinda my favorite named bloodthirster. Also I've got a certain awesome model from creature caster, the Queen of Onslaught which is basically a female bloodthirster model, it's awesome, fite me. Also the sisters of battle are my favorite along with Imperial knights.

Khorne is the kind of guy who would say that HATRED is Game of the Year material

The reason orks have no interest in serving Khorne is because they have Gork and Mork who already provides them with everything they want. Switching to Khorne would be a downgrade, or at least pointless. After all, how could Khorne possibly be orkier than the literal ork gods? That's the thing about orks: They're actually content with what they are, so Chaos has nothing to offer them. This is also the reason why daemons find orks absolutely infuriating.

Ok now this I can't let stand, Sanguinius did not barely survive a 1v1 with Ka'Bandha. Sanguinius kicked the bloodthirster half to death and was about to finish him off when he started spouting off about Horus turning traitor, and was able to get in a cheap shot and injure Sanguinius' legs. When he recovered and chased him down, he was dealing with not just Ka'Bandha, but also the Keeper of Secrets, Kyriss the Perverse. He then curb stomped Ka'Bandha again, ripping one of his wings off, before saying, if he really came from hell, to tell them it was Sanguinius that sent him back. And he then chucked him into a pit of warp fire, and then beheaded Kyriss. And when Sanguinius fought Ka'Bandha again on Terra, he pulled a Bane and broke him over his knee.

I just realized, if nurgle destroyed the gene seed, slanesh gabagooled fulgrim and tzeech pranked magnus, khorne just kinda waited for someone to come too him

Khorne being born in the human middle ages is old lore. the re-interpretation i've heard is that the middle ages matched a time when Khorne was particularly powerful

Khorne being born during the middle ages is, afaik, some very old lore, and has been kinda retconned, so you were right about the War in Heaven

There's no such thing as retcon in Warhammer, remember time in the warp is not linear and different from our understanding

When bricky was talking about the battle sister swapping idea for his dream game I instantly thought about how you switch characters in the lego Star Wars games.

The noise Marines with the bolter guitars are by far my favorite model as a huge rock n roll fan

I can't wait for a video on the Imperial Knights and TITANS i found the fact that a WALKING CATHEDRAL with canons as big as a train is fucking epic !

The reason Tuska entertains Khorne so much is because his generals and champions keep losing to Tuska.

I'm surprised the Khorne Chaos Space Marines, with their love of chainsaw weapons, haven't made a Chainsaw Bolter (kinda like the Lancer from Gears of War)

I think the TTS version of celestine should be the canon one cuz that’s the most attractive version imo

the night lords episode definitely was the best one for me, konny has a fantastic story

I love the sound bricky makes for Tzeentch. Just reminds me of Rodger Smith, from American Dad.

Only one Sister of Battle turned willingly, however she then turned about 5 by force if I recall correctly.

Love your show guys, really enjoying what I've heard so far!! Probably going to listen to a few episodes when painting my Tome Keepers! On a Salamanders less heretical note "Fire for the blood god, fire for the skull throne!" 🐲 🔥 🔥

Random thing about Skarbrand witch I fakin love: he was so good at his job that soon he was becoming khorne's favorite, literally his best killin' boi; Tzeentch heard of this and decided to prank the bastard, he whispered in Skarbrand's ear something on the line of : "hey...Khorne loves violence right? you know what would make him ADORE YOU EVEN MORE?, listen here...you just need to PUNCH HIM! right on the face! and Khorne will make you into his right hand daemon!" and Skarbrand like a dumbass went , punched Khorne on the face... Khorne beat the SHIT out of Skarbrand and cursed him to be irrationally angry all the time, basically Skarbrand cannot stop being angry because he fucked up and punched his boss.

Regarding the Exterminatus question at 6:45: The extermination of a world through orbital bombardment is something that may both be "gigantic, bloody and senseless" as well as serve to gain favour from Khorne, as is shown in DoW2's Retribution expansion (if you've played a certain one of its missions, you know that the above is actually a pretty great description for such an event). :-D

Bricky kept a greater level of energy on this episode than the Lamenters one.

I was listening to this while falling asleep, and every time you said "Khorne" I heard "corn" and I quietly chuckled to myself and then got hungry.

Bricky and DK talking makes me want to listen to the podcast on Spotify, and Shy's visual edits and memes make me want to watch the episode again on KZread. Well played

The legion is split in 2, mortarion and tifuss. 14/2=7

Khorne likes the number 8 because its two skulls stacked on top of each other

Hearing him describe bayonetta sisters of battle edition was great.

I think one my favorite aspects about khorne is probably his honor system and how complex it is. like you cant kill a child because that is dishonorable and unfair. But you can kill a construction worker because if he can pick up a tool he can pick up a weapon. If your allies run away from battle you are encourage to kill them for deserting you. but your also encourage to kill any enemies who dare desert their comrades. Getting killed by another khornite warrior is considered a huge honor because if your skull is a prize trophy then your memory lives on. Same with vice versa. The rules sort of remind me of the yautja rules from the predator francize mixed with klingon rules. its pretty interesting
