You are right Sir, I was very bad student during my school life. I failed 5 times in School. But I was good in Painting, Martial Art and Computer Graphics. I earned money during my 12th standard only with these skilled. And now I am working as UX Designer with 2 lakh salary per month and also earning 60k per month with part time Martial Art school in Bangalore.

Yes. There is a big mismatch between our school education and the actual skills needed to get a job. A comment below says that an MBA got a job for Rs 15k/month, whereas his friend, a school dropout, started getting Rs 45k/month by repairing ACs. In USA, parents encourage their children, even when they are in school, to work in their spare time and earn. I fully support Zorba in his suggestion that our education system needs to be reviewed and aligned with the job Market.

This is the reason we didn't put our nephew in a good, big school. Not even tried...we chose a small school, close to our house & all teachers are very concerned. That was our main focus.

We need specialization after class 5/6 not after class 10. One should be specialist at the age of 18 not 25. Like karo.

I really impressed Sir. Jo bahut saalon se jo baatein dimaag me chal rahi thi ek ek baat aapne keh daali aur dil halka hua. Hum jab padtey they us time jo ladke padhai chhod K driving karne lagey they ya motor machenic Ka kaam karne lagey thhey wo settled Ho chuke he. Hamari dadiyan kehti he padney se kya fayada kam se kam khet me hal chalaane se bhojan to milega. Education Ka bahut bura haal he. Ab tu Aur difficult syllabus he. Bachhon pe bahut pressure he. Dukh lagta he bachhon ko dekh K. But me bachhon ko apne dang se jeena sikha raha hu kyuki meri sonch aap jaisi he. Thanks sir.

Firstly you may have completed your graduation. Secondly, those who want to become doctors, engineers, SSC, IAS, SSB can be asked questions pertaining to their selected stream and they must study. Skills can help those who are interested in such things- such as techies. So we need both. However, the education system reformation in India undoubtedly.

How many vacanies we are producing every year we don't have govt. Jobs for evey student and mostly have to end up without job it is better to be good at some tech. Yeah after getting a tech. Savy job he can try for govt job now he have financial support as well and he don't have so much pressure to clear the exam as he already have job
