They never talk each other while they played together, even were batting together. 3. Gavaskar was a great batsman, but very selfish cricketer. He spoiled career of lots of cricketer such as Dilip Doshi. Azhar called him jealous person. He disturbed Kapil when he was captain while Kapil always served better when Sunil was captain. 4.Gavaskar was my childhood hero. I was a big fan of his batting. Even now I think he is the best because he faced more than 72 fast bowler in his times without helmet. But I lost all the respect to him when I saw him and Kapil to perform in Cancer creating masala advertisement. This is disgusting. They are not Role models anymore. Sachin is far ahead from this two.

You have not done your homework properly. First thing gavaskar had taken retirement in Nov 1987. So he was not in team as player may be as coach or other post he might have been holding. Secondly match between India and Pakistan was played in 1979 and it was test match. India was chasing target of 390 in fourth innings but fell short due to slow batting by kirmani and match ended draw and not in defeat of india.

Dilip did not join test team in 1974. He played his first test in 1976.

Wrong. During Sharjah cup at Dubai while checking baggage Vengsarkar mummured in Marathi to Security person Tuzya Nana chi Tang. Unfortunately that security officer knows Marathi. So he detained Vengsarkar. At that time Sunil Gavaskar was captain of team so Vengsarket told Gavaskar to interfere but Gavaskar refused on the plea that he will no interfere in this matter so both Vengdarkar and Gavaskar became anemy of each other. This incidence has appear in news paper also at that time.
