250grms - 1¼ Cup Wheat
50grms - ¼ Cup Barley
1½ Tbsp Lentil
1½ Tbsp Pigeon Peas
1½ Tbsp Green Gram
1½ Tbsp Black Gram Beans
1½ Tbsp Rice
4 Tbsp Yellow Lentil
½ Tsp Turmeric Powder
1 Tsp Salt
2 Tbsp Oil
1 Litre Water
5-6 Tbsp Oil
2 Big Sized Onions
1kg Mutton
3 Tbsp Ginger Garlic Paste
1 Tsp Salt
1 Tsp Turmeric Powder
1 Cup Water
2 Tomato Of Medium Size
2 Tbsp Coriander Powder
1 Tbsp Red Chilli Powder
1 Tsp Cumin Powder
3 Green Chillies
2 Tsp Coriander Seeds
½ Tsp Black Pepper
1 Tsp Cumin Seeds
½ Tsp Fennel Seeds
½ Tsp Dried Ginger Powder
1 Tsp Garam Masala Powder
½ Tsp Dried Fenugreek leaves
1 Tsp Chilli Flakes
Mint Leaves
Coriander Leaves
1/4 Cup Fried Onions
1 Cup Water

Mene 8/10 saal pehle khichda banaya tha pura 5 kg ka toap bhar gaya tha ...usme mene 135 hari mirch Dali thi bauhat maze ka bana tha ....mere ghar walo ko yaad reh gai 135 mirch 😄.......my fevret khichda .......me meri ammi k pet me tb woh khichda bauhat khaya karte the isliye mujhe bhi bauhat pasnd h .
