Ayyye my buttercups!!
Sorry for uploading irregularly but I've been tryna catch up with school and, for the first time ever, am dieting in a healthy way. Plenty of my spare time is being used for working out and lemme tell you, I'm only on day 9 but see and feel MUCH difference :) Bye bye 300cal diets I used to pursue at least one week per month.....I'mma do it the healthy way hehe
Gotta admit, Jay Park had me start off working out. His appearance on Men's Health (ye i'm female but watched) had me rethink everything again and as he said something like "working out is really worth it and health is important, I believe in you and stay healthy" I instantly searched up my first workout. Having only ever had people telling me to quit working out since it ain't changing anything, I feel like he's the person who sorta encouraged me and proved it DOES work. I know that was a hella long rant but I just wanna ask you to please thank this man for his existence 🙏🖤
