I chose Thane CBS - Dive Agar Semi Luxury MSRTC bus for our Dive Agar trip. Scheduled time of bus at Kharghar was 6 30 AM, but bus came at 7 30 AM. Later on, it also stopped for filling fuel. With this delay at the beginning, bus was never in contention to complete the trip by scheduled time of 10 15 AM to Dive Agar. Bus skipped Pen and directly took halt just before Kasu at Hotel Shalimar Park for 10 minutes.
Then it went into Indapur and Mangaon Bus depots. Bus took right turn at Mangaon to leave behind NH66 and started its journey towards coast. Talking about NH66, it is doubled at most of the places but still there are lot of patches untouched and still single. Road from Mangaon to Dive Agar is recently developed, and construction is still going on in some parts, but overall the road is in good shape. Bus also entered into Mhasala bus depot. and then when only 7-8 kms of journey was remaining, unfortunate incident happened. Front tyre got punctured. So, without waiting there, I started moving on with whatever comes in front of me. We took a shared minidor to Borli Panchtan, 2 kms from Dive Agar and for last mile connectivity, we took sharing auto which dropped us at our hotel entrance at 1 PM.
