You also gotta chop the a leg, depending on which way you’re circling. They’ll just circle with you if you don’t add that small but very important detail.

khamzats too big for his natural frame now. He's winded just from these drills, thats why hes gassing after 1-2 rounds in the octagon now. I think he should quit the heavy lifting/bulking and manage a reasonable diet to go back to welterweight. He was already big for 170, he didn't need to gain any more muscle, but he was always lifting even then. Its holding him back imo and trying to be a "big" middleweight is only making it worse.
