I was confused last week when Canadian PM accused India out of the blue of assassinating Hardeep Singh Nijjar, a terrorist according to sensible people or a plumber according to Justin Trudoe. The thing is, he died 4 months ago, so why accuse now, that too without proof? That too just after the PM came back from a "humiliating visit to G20 summit in India" as claimed by the Media. A few days later he claimed the only thing he did at G20 was to accuse Indian PM of this murder. What a waste of time and money, but what made me curious is why would a person take his son on a state visit to a country where he is going to accuse them of a state sponsored murder? Afterall his son do not even have diplomatic immunity. Didn't make any sense. Then, I watched Canadian parliament session for a few days and it felt like a sitcom with high school level drama rather than like a serious government. Now I know, I was unnecessarily analysing things when it could all be explained with one word - incompetence. I recommend everyone to watch the parliament sessions for comedic relief. Authentic drama. Average acting. Rating - 3/5

Perfect comment. Sadly the great majority of us in Canada have to live under this comedian. An international embarrassment!!! First a Hindu MP within Trudeau's government spoke out against his lame leader, citing his concern for Indians living in Canada and their safety, because of Khalistani threats. Now, Bill Blair, a caucus member speaks out against Trudeau. I can only hope that some of these liberal members who completely disagree with Trudeau's latest antics leave the party and sit as independents or join the Conservative opposition party. That would be a great statement against Trudeau for all to see.

The U.S. never tried to hide the fact they killed Bin Laden. India is trying to hide the fact it was allegedly involved in the murder of the Kalistani separatist in Canada. The Canadian media has been reporting for days that state security agents from Canada have been meeting with their Indian counterparts for a long time to try to resolve this and keep it out of the headlines. They claim to have gotten no cooperation. That being said, no one really knows what actually happened, and I believe Canada must do more to keep foreign politics, and potential terrorists, out of Canada by being a lot stricter about who gets let into the country.

It seems very strange to me to hear all of these Indian news outlets constantly insulting Canada. Of course we are not perfect but have you taken a look at your own country? Canada has welcomed over 1.5 million Indians who wanted to come here for a better life for themselves and their families. How many Canadians are trying to move to India to do the same? You're population is almost 40 times the size of Canada but your economy is less than twice as big. Canada is ranked 15th on the Human Development Index, India is ranked 132nd, well behind El Salvador and Iraq. On average Canadians live 14 years longer than Indians and out of 142 countries surveyed, Indian people rank 132nd in satisfaction with their life. Even behind Yemen which is at war!!! What is wrong with your country? These are questions you should be asking yourself before you go judging Canada.

I think it's more that Canada is telling Indians not to carry out assassinations on Canadian soil.

Khalistan movement is dead in India. India must cancel OCI cards for each and every person identified in the Brampton, Vancouver protests, their properties in India. India must ban sanction of loans to students travelling to Canada. We must also investigate the immigration and travel agents in Punjab and Gujarat.

I had worked with usa people and they used to visit our India office . We used to treat them very well but as soon as they reached back USA they would behave obnoxiously opposite . It seems some mindset similar we are witnessing now since many years .this MUST change

Sri Lankan FM Ali is telling the truth. Sri Lanka has a similar problem like India. Canada has quite a sizable population of Sri Lankan Tamils. These Sri Lankan Tamils live in a city called Scarborough which is part of Greater Toronto Area (GTA). Many of these Sri Lankan Tamils own their stores in Scarborough and when you enter these stores right away in some of these stores you will see the pictures of late LTTE Chief Prabhakarans pic on the wall or table. Now im not sure if they are active or not but you sorta understand where Sri Lanka is also coming from cause they have the same issues with 5 eyes countries except New Zealand i would say.

Yes I have seen in many Sri Lankan stores in Scarboro, Rajiv Gandhi and LTTE, I was shocked. Its been too long why people cannot let bygones be bygones and live in peace. There is no excuse for the dangerous and blatant public accusations against the Government of India with no presented evidence and no private investigation. Why he would do this is beyond myself and other Canadian citizens. I once voted for Trudeau, but he and his party have abandoned the democratic values this country was built on, and in the next election a lot of us former supporters of Trudeau will be voting to remove him. We Canadians, by and large do NOT support what was done. Just give our politicians time to force an election. Then we can get back to building bridges instead of burning them.
