Joe’s has had a raging stiffy about pre-fight hypnosis ever since Mike Tyson told him how Cus had therapists break-down Mike’s old, negative thoughts and rebuild his inner dialogue into that of an unbreakable warrior. Joe was listening to Mike so intently, I thought he might spontaneously bust a nut at any moment.

I relate to Khalil a lot when he talked about being an anxious guy. Like when he tries to describe walking into a room and getting an uncertain feeling, but struggles to find the words and makes a sound. I know that sound, it's the same sound I make WHEN I feel that way. I've never gone to a psychiatrist or hypnotist or anything but doing meditative exercises helps clear the mind and dissipate that feeling. Not even anything fancy, not like I've read a book or been taught proper meditation, just something I've worked out on my own where I lie down and slowly let my thoughts wash over me before my head clears up. And before you know it you're thinking about the goals/plans you have, visualizing what you're going to do, and clearing out the cobwebs. Everytime I come out feeling more calm, relaxed and confident than I went in, whether it's 10-15 minutes, half an hour or occasionally a long couple hours of my thoughts and maybe some music.

I remember Phil Baronía been one of those guys with all the physical tools , but for some mental reason he would Gas quickly per the adrenaline dump I think it meant so much to him that he put immense pressure on himself not to fail that ended up backfiring he would have benefited from some mental training as he was right there with the top guys … always exciting to watch

@@rufmono5559 actually you're wrong. I grew up lower middle class in the inner city in America. My high school was less than 20% white. Many black people choose to not speak proper English. It's not a revelation nor should it be an indication of anything wrong with white people to point it out. It's just how many blacks choose to carry themselves and speak.

Hypnosis is 2 liars not calling each other out. That is all. Hypnotists admit this. You can not hypnotize anyone who doesn't want to be hypnotized. That is because it is a placebo effect that only works on the weak minded and attention seeking.
