Khabib Nurmagomedov Takedown Technique
Спорт
This is a system used by Khabib Nurmagomedov. He often uses the upper body lock to setup his leg trips and double leg entries. Here's a technique he uses in at least a few of his MMA fights. Body lock entry to the "locked double" leg takedown. Very excited to see if Khabib can land this or a similar setup in his upcoming UFC fight against Dustin Poirier.

@@StevenStranglesPeople Thanks. I have been looking for a long time for a video about standing close guard ground and pound with a pass. Because most of the time when i try to stand up in my opponents close guard, he sweeps me (he grabs my feet with his 2 hands and swept me from there, i dont know how this sweep is called). So if you could record a video about it, it would be amazing. Sorry for some grammatical errors, I'm from austria :D

@@JuST4FuuuN90005 Excellent, I'll , make sure to teach some tactics that will help your standing ground and pound.
Good lord this would be a terrifying position to be put in.

@@StevenStranglesPeople Thats awesome. Did you ever train MMA with Danaher? Last time he was out here in Australia I got a private lesson with him just covering wall wrestling which was amazing and would love to have trained more with him.

Sonny Brown Yeah plenty of MMA with him. I used to travel up to Montreal to help GSP back when he was Welterweight king with John. So many sparring sessions and privates. Actually before any of that, John use to teach a Sunday Vale Tudo class in like 2002! Only 12 people would be in the class. Crazy! So yeah I've bee studying MMA as well as BJJ with him forever. Great mind
Great channel. Great breakdown

thank you!
Great
Alhamdulillah
He also crosses his opponents’ legs while they’re in the leg mount, so it’s harder for them to escape.
