Before the fight was canceled Dana White stated a few times at the Pre-Fight press conference and I quote "this fight is the biggest fight since UFC 205,” when reffering to the ppv estimations only 4 days in and that was before the conference. After the conference it only continued to trend untill Max was deemed medicaly un fit

@@khalongaier418 I don't want to generalise them as a whole but many Khabib fans are extremely biased, seeing him as a once in a lifetime fighter, better than anyone else by a long shot which, aside from his supreme wrestling and absolute balls to stand with the best strikers in the world (in cases like Gaethje and Mcgregor, beating them to the punch, so to speak and getting the better of them) once he'd tired them down with his wrestling, isn't true. Someone yesterday said he was a better overall fighter than GSP, which is just silly.

@@amaankhan8917 I'd agree with grappler and be inclined to agree wrestler for Khabib but the thing with GSP was he was just abnormally incredible at wrestling. Khabib's a one of a kind phenomenon, making division 1 all Americans literally look like ragdoll chumps. But bizarrely GSP was able to do that as well, absolutely outwrestling and grappling the wrestlers and grapplers like they were nothing. I'm not saying that puts him above Khabib given their backgrounds in wrestling (Khabib wrestling Bears at like 4 while GSP didn't even do college wrestling) but for GSP to be as good as he was in spite of not ever doing anything like college wrestling was pretty freaky man.

It's nice to see they both kept conversation respectful...they both good guys

With all due respect to Max. I don't get why everyone is over exaggerating about khabib talking about more than he can chew. He was being logical and stating facts that he had more time to prepare and max was probably taking more time off to relax lol.
