Got the 50 Loadless run! For the first time, I can say this run was pretty satisfactory and there was really nothing that happened I can say I regret a lot happening in this run. Ansem was pretty bad, but then Xion made up the time loss which would've been the closest thing to something that would've made me unhappy.
Pretty happy with my progress overall recently and I think I will be done with this category for now, unless if significant strats come in (that make 49 pretty doable) or just whenever I feel like coming back and shaving another minute.
Regarding what's going to happen next (for this game specifically anyways), I am leaning interest towards learning the normal Level 1 Data Org category. It will be quite a bit before that happens though.

What is this category?
This category is done on Critical Mode Level 1 (hardest difficulty + lowest level possible) with All PRO Codes equipped for the Limitcut/Data Org portion of the game. These codes are accessed through the Premium Menu, where they force restrictions that make your attack options much more limited as well as methods of recovering HP/MP (Health/Magic Points) being made unavailable completely by normal means: cdn.discordapp.com/attachment...

I’m no speedrunner by any means but I thought that these tricks I found could potentially make the run quicker. - When xehanort uses his first dm (The golden one) you can use the beam in the middle for another reprisal, same with the moving light beams but that’s a bit harder to time) - When riku spawns the purple mines, you can also use those for a perfect guard after an initial punish - Same thing with Ansem with his mines, but it’s the move when he surrounds you with the mines and dark trap. Flash step as usual into the mines for a forced counter. After using the first counter dodge roll behind ansem then you can get another counter off the remaining minds. That’s all I’ve found out so far though, still looking for some reprisal abuse methods

Does the cuisine serve a purpose, or is it just for the slight MP boost?

On critical mode “Hearty meal” is beneficial. There is also “rags to riches” which is beneficial for getting munny in-game. Some cuisines boost your strength, defense, HP & MP. They can be quite helpful especially with all pro codes on as well.😄
