Well most of the homeless problem would be settled.. if we can get the cost of rent down.. it's about twice as high as it should be.. especially with what Portland has to offer.. the rental industry has lost its mind.. and is completely out of touch with reality when it comes to the economic situation we all find ourselves in.. people should be protesting these rental companies and real estate companies.. to encourage them to get the prices down everything is overpriced and overvalued.
