Good morning from Munich.... Thanks for your comment and questions. At this stage of filming we used the GoPro4, Canon5D Mk2 and Panasonic GH4. The Drone footage was still the DJI Phantom3. Video editing was done with Final Cut Pro X On our later movies we upgraded a lot to different cameras and drones, but we still edit with Final Cut Pro X. Greetings

Hello Phillip. Thanks for your comment and compliment. The route at Minute 07:15-07:35 was at the acces road to the Namtib Campsite and from Minute 07:39-09:00 it was the circle route at NamibRand Campsite, which is very beautiful and nice to drive. You get the allowance to drive there, when you overnight at the beautiful but expensive NamibRand Campsites. Hope that helped. Greetings

How fast were you driving? Did you keep to the speed limit in a national park? It did not really look like you did.

Hello Barbara, thanks for your comment. The so called timelapse technique consits of a series of photos shot over a certain period of time and then put together in a Video editing Software. This makes a long time period (e.g. sunset or moving clouds) look very short in the movie sequence. And this technique was also used in certain driving parts in this movie. I hope this answers your question about the fast looking speed.

Did you hit any animals, with your vehicle? No, you did not? A good driver can drive safe at a faster rate than an inexperienced old lady.

Hello Andrew. You are absolutely right. Flying drones in SAN Parks is prohibited. We took the drone from Germany without knowing about this regulation in 2015. But before flying it at Bitterpan we checked back with the Ranger and he approved it.
