2 tbsp corn flour/ 1 egg
1 cup all purpose flour
2 tbsp rice flour
2 tbsp corn flour
½ tsp salt
½ tsp chili powder
½ tsp pepper powder
½ tsp garlic powder
½ tsp onion powder
½ baking powder
oil for frying

5 tbso curd
2 tbsp mayonnaise
2 pinch salt
¼ tsp garlic powder
½ tsp lemon juice
¼ tsp pepper powder
