I have worked with them. Let me tell you the secret. They don't sell this recipe in India. If you notice carefully in India they call it "hot and crispy" whereas everywhere else they call it "original recipe". The story, when kfc initially came to India with that recipe, the public response was not good, so they tweaked the recipe and made a seasoning with a high level of red chilli and other ingredients which makes it spicier than the international counterpart.
