its a great operation you have there. have noticed duling your grading process you put the bottom crates direct on the floor, i vote against that because not only are you risking those chick in the bottom crate to bacterias they are also subjected to a different temperature as the flow temp will be different from the surface temp. use the thermal camera to check the temp difference.
