Hi,from Puerto Rico I appreciate your advice,but I really want future video with the outrigger in action. Some people use aluminum foil to covering styrofoam before fiberglass application. Thanks for your kindness.

Hi, what is exactly the Woodwork bond you use when coating the styrofoam before FRP ? I am looking at building something similar and I did not quite catch that part. Thanks, very nice video !

Use a mixture of talc and silicate soda in a 5:5 ratio.
Hi, In the previous video (Part 1), you used used newspaper to coat the foam to prevent it to be melted by the resin. However in this video part 2, I think you used different way to coat the foam. I saw you used a white colored paper on 23:33 before putting the old newspaper. What is it exactly? Could you elaborate it more please? second question, how many layer of strand mat fibre did you use? Really appreciate your reply Sir. Thanks

Sorry for the late reply. It was my first time doing it too. Although the coating was applied using newspaper or waste paper, the foam was melted by the heat generated during the FRP curing process. After a lot of research, I found the correct method. The white color being applied is a mixture of talc and sodium silicate. It blocks heat generated during curing. The video has subtitles. Use subtitles.
