    I learned those bottom half guard sweep/back take options as a brand new white belt as I'm sure most people do but the details he just included were so great that I bet I could actually have more success with those options again if I tried them. Amazing! It would be such an honor to learn from the ADCC champ! Everyone there are so lucky!

    Bro this is gold, thank you. As a white belt who is 200 lbs and been strength training for 20 years when im on top im okay against most white belts and some blue belts. But when im on the bottom im getting gassed trying the same escapes over and over but this is gonna give me a lot more options. I just hope i can remember under stress with a shoulder in my face lol.     close, but old school is ankle pick on their far ankle (on the leg he is underhooking), he is ankle picking closest/inside ankle

    can you not put the jump cuts in please like between the techniques it just skips forward so I can't fully see what you did. The rest is very helpful though
