I purchased this device with an RS-485 interface. The ad states that the seller is providing a link to the software. But my seller pretends not to understand me when I ask for this link. Downloaded the software elsewhere. But I haven't figured out how to set it up yet. It reads null data. Most likely, he does not read anything. With the help of other software, I established that the following parameters of the COM port 9600-8-N-1 should be set for communication. Used MOXA Modbus Poll software. The device has another parameter for communication - Slave ID. In my device, this value is 2. And I have a suspicion that the electronic energy meter assistant program sets this parameter incorrectly, which is why the values are zero.
