Kevin is a successful lawyer in Los Angeles. He's openly gay with his family. While working on a case, Kevin interviewed a key witness Scotty, who is more dashing than Kevin, and quickly deduced Kevin's homosexuality. Kevin and Scotty went on their first date and bonded while talking about their backgrounds. Scotty impulsively kissed Kevin. Things seemed to be ok until their different social status kept them separated for a while. Later on, Scotty started a brilliant career as a chef in a popular restaurant.
The relationship with Kevin turns to be lasting. They took the chance to get married, eventually, they adopted a foster girl. Love is the only thing that matters.
