I was in a high end watch boutique and saw many very prestigious brands in the flesh but really was blown away at the steel finish on the Grand Seikos. Kevin is right, you really need to see the watches in person. KZread videos and print ads cannot give the watch justice.

SF has a lower violent crime rate than the national average and it's lower than it was in 2006. The media just tends to fixate on SF. The most frustrating part is that things could be better considering it's a global economic powerhouse but it's still overall safer than many other large cities but they don't receive the same scrutiny.

@@jag5014 sf has a lower crime rate because those crimes aren’t being considered crimes. CA keeps lowering the bar and criminals run free to commit the same crimes. DA does not prosecute small crimes anymore. That’s why they recalled their DA because the ppl of SF finally had some sense

My best friend told me about Credor and Grand Seiko 20 years ago. He owned both of them back then and I instantly saw the finish Kevin is talking about. They put a cap on the pivots on the dial side. They are different.

Lol Kevin definitely does this thing where he speaks super highly of his watches in a way to seemingly increase the demand for them. It’s like he knows some other big collectors are watching and will buy things he suggests basically influences the market in his favor. I mean it’s natural to praise your watches, it’s just something about the way he does it at times that is so clear and deliberate lol 😂

This collection is amazing, Jesus. I loved the grand seiko, I thought it looked great, and the Rolex Puzzle.

Mr O’Leary is very competitive. Theres have been a few episodes (with T Baldaserre) where Mr O’Leary shows a more objective appreciation for lower priced pieces (Hamilton Khaki Field). In this episode, I appreciate his interest in encouraging high priced manufacturers (FP) to make more accessible watches. As a host of my own watch channel, there is a massive opportunity to reposition a luxury brand among the other 98% of watch owners…if it only serves to remove the snobbish perception surrounding some luxury brands. Omega has done this very effectively. It’s a balance becaus you have a lot of Omega owners who don’t want to see their high value pieces depreciate.

Thanks for showing us your wonderful collection, I always enjoy watching your channel especially when you and Michael the producer are together.

Only reason I can't do it is because I CANNOT wear a watch on my left wrist I've tried to do it so many times but it just feels SO wrong for me, I wear my watches on my right
