I was actually depressed for like a month when I was 12-13 i think. All my friends in my apartments started moving away and i was like the only left. I felt like Eeor from winnie the pooh. I just sad and hopeless all day😔not a good feelin. Im glad i got outta that

Trey Yeah! I’ve suffered and coped with with for years. But in the same breath I have a very solid relationship with God. I VIBES with him real heavy. So, he got me through a lot. Turn too it helps to have genuine ppl that support you around you. Sometimes this world can weigh real heavy on us, just the things that goes on. Finding things to ease the mind helps. We need not worry about a lot of things because most of the time we have no control over it. Pray, read your Bible, write your thoughts and feelings down in a journal. Stay strong!

I think black people tend to ignore what their really feeling. There’s nothing wrong with going to sit and talk with a therapist. God created the doctors, use them. It doesn’t mean your crazy. There’s a huge STIGMA on mental illness. One day it will be addressed like all these other illnesses.

Depression is a adversity that one goes through( a tribulation to take you to the next level) when he say who ever faints in adversity is the one who can't move to that next level. You must go through a trial to get to the verdict. Be strong in mind and spirit. There's not greater threat than the threat you pose to yourself. You can get you through with he who you give the glory. To the most high you can get through. The best education a man can get is by educating ones self.
